1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Rainbow, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the bot or the service.

2. Description of Service

Rainbow is a music bot that streams global internet radio stations directly into your voice channels. It relies on the Radio Browser API and Discord's voice infrastructure.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Spam, maliciously overload, or intentionally crash the Bot's infrastructure.

4. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Bot may occasionally go offline for maintenance or due to unforeseen infrastructure issues.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to blacklist any user or server from using the Bot at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you are abusing the Service or violating these Terms.
